I'm Becky May- an Accredited Practising Dietitian who has spent over a decade working in Woolworths as a Senior Product Developer and most recently as a Senior Manager of Health. 

I sat in meetings where product health claims were decided. I know what 'high in protein' means on an Australian label and what it actually means for a woman on a GLP-1 trying to protect her muscle. That gap is significant- and it matters for you every time you shop.
