I'm Becky May- an Accredited Practicing Dietitian who specialises in women's health and the real, nuanced conversation around GLP-1 medications. Alongside my clinical work, I've spent over a decade inside the Australian food industry, in senior product development and health roles- which means I understand how the food on supermarket shelves is actually made, labelled, and marketed, not just how it's meant to be eaten. 

I created The Vitality Protocol because I kept seeing the same pattern: women with access to a powerful tool, but no real plan for how to use it well. It's built on two things I believe deeply- that your body and mind deserves to be fueled and kept strong, and that you deserve access to information that is evidence based and simple to follow.
